Industrial floodlight for outdoor application in medium sized sports facilities.

Floodlight for the lighting of medium sized sports facilities. Replacement of the lamp through the rear cover. Cover equipped with anti-loss hinges, closed by means of 6 screws. Fixed glass with blocking plaques thightened by screw. Body and rear cover made of die-cast aluminium with UNI 5076 alloy. Orange-peel metallized grey painting made by means of poylester powders. Connection box made of thermoplastic material positioned on the rear cover, where terminal bord and (upon request) ignitor are hosted. In this way it is possible to install ballast and capacitor far from the floodlight itself. Outer bolts and screws in inox steel. Tempered clear glass sodic/calcic type, thickness 5 mm. Reflector made of extra-pure aluminium, with anodized and polished surface. Luminous emission can be wide-asymmetric or narrow-asymmetric. Control gear boxes (max weight 19 kg) IP65, class I. Feeding plate IP20, class I. (for application in cutout boxes). Tin-plated copper cables with silicone sheathing, E40 lampholder and inox steel spring to hold the lamp. As an alternative, Tin-plated copper cables with Teflon sheathing, ceramic double ended lampholder K12,5x7s, exhaust valve to keep the inner pressure stable at any temperature, thus reducing stress on glass and gaskets. PG 16 cable gland. Bracket in zinc-plated steel with rack-type tightening device. Two goniometers in die-cast aluminium. Silicone gaskets. Floodlight available in insulation class I. Hot restrike systems for metal halide lamps K12,5X7S available upon request. This system features a special ignitor which sends high-tension pulses to restrike the lamp immediately after the switching off.
