Industrial floodlight for outdoor application easy to install.

Technologically advanced floodlight, with constructive solutions conceived to simplify installation and ordinary maintenance. Replacement of lamp from the rear side by opening the rear compartment through 4 pressure clips in silver oxidated extruded aluminium. Accessory: disconnecting switch to prevent electrical shocks. Cover equipped with anti-loss hinges. Body and cover in die-cast aluminium, UNI 5076 alloy. Painting in orange-peel metallized grey made by means of polyester powders. Zinc-plated steel bracket. The rear box, in grey thermo-plastic material, hosts a terminal and, upon request, the ignitor. The ballast and capacitor can therefore be installed far from the floodlight. Outside bolts and screws in inox steel. Tempered glass, screen printed in white colour, sodic/calcic type, 5 mm thick. Fixed type glass equipped with 6 die-cast aluminium plates with screw closing system. Reflector made of pure aluminium, with anodized and polished, specular surface for narrow beam and refraction flaps of the asymmetric version, or hammered surface for wide beam and central part of the asymmetric version. Control gear boxes (weight max 19 kg) IP65, Class I. Feeding plate IP20, class I (application in cutout box). Tin-coated copper cables 1,5 mm² with silicone sheath, ceramic lampholder E40. Inox steel spring to hold the lamp. cable gland PG16. Vulcanized silicone gaskets. Aiming goniometer. Floodlight in class I.
